What makes Emerald Events LLC different?
We offer Full-Service Wedding Planning, Partial Planning, and Day-of Coordination, along with vendor management, timeline creation, rehearsal coordination, wedding design, décor styling, and event-day management. We customize every package to fit your celebration and planning needs.
Do you offer décor rentals?
Yes! We offer a growing collection of décor and event rentals, including premium linens, charger plates, candle holders, centerpieces, arches, signage, and styling pieces to create a cohesive, elevated event design.

Do you provide event support staff?
Can I book décor rentals without wedding planning services?

Absolutely. In addition to planning and coordination, we offer event assistants, setup and teardown services, and beverage attendants to help your event run smoothly from beginning to end.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak wedding season. Full Planning clients often book 12–18 months in advance, while Day-of Coordination is typically booked 6–12 months before the wedding. If your date is approaching, reach out anyway—we'll always do our best to accommodate you.

Yes! We proudly serve clients throughout Washington State and are happy to travel for weddings, quinceañeras, and special events. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.

Yes! In addition to weddings, we coordinate quinceañeras, anniversary celebrations, corporate events, bridal showers, and other milestone celebrations with the same attention to detail and personalized service.

Depending on the event and availability, many of our décor rentals can be reserved independently. Contact us with your event details, and we'll help determine the best option for your celebration.
